Stackable Wire Can Organizer Rack

JunJie offers factory-direct supply of the Stackable Wire Can Organizer Rack in electro-galvanized steel - two wire tiers on a 66 x 20 x 38 cm frame, each holding cans in a lane and rolling the front one forward as stock is taken. Distributor pricing and customized branding available.

Brand: JunJie
Material: steel
Finish: galvanized wire

The Stackable Wire Can Organizer Rack from JunJie, a factory-direct supplier of galvanized wire storage, is built around one habit: take the front can, and the next one rolls into its place. The frame measures 66 x 20 x 38 cm and carries two wire tiers, so a shelf or back-room wall gains two rows of can stock without taking more floor space. Each tier is a wire lane with a sloped floor and a formed front cradle. Because the whole rack is electro-galvanized steel wire - zinc plated rather than painted - it tolerates the damp, cool and unheated places where can stock usually lives: basements, garages, walk-in storerooms and shop back rooms, where a painted finish starts to show rust at the weld points once it is chipped. Wire gauge, lane count, tier spacing, lane length and stacking loop position are produced to your can size and your shelving, with OEM lane configurations, customized branding on hang tags and printed cartons, and volumes quoted at distributor pricing for repeat buyers.

How the two tiers and the stacking loops work

The lane is a slope, not a track. The floor of each tier runs at a shallow angle from back to front, so gravity does the feed. A can placed at the back travels forward as the front position clears, and a shallower angle keeps small cans from arriving at speed.

The front cradle is the stop. The formed wire at the mouth of the lane holds the lead can in a cradle at the point where a hand reaches it, rather than letting the row press against a flat gate. That is the part that decides whether the rack is comfortable in daily use or only works on paper.

Two tiers double the storage, not the footprint. The upper tier sits above the lower one on the same side wires, so the 66 x 20 x 38 cm frame carries two rows of stock in the space one row would take.

Side wires tie the tiers together. They hold the two lanes at a fixed spacing and keep the mouth of each lane square, which is what stops a loaded rack from spreading at the front.

Galvanized vs Powder-Coated Steel Wire: Which Finish Belongs on Your Order

Dimension Electro-galvanized (zinc plated) Powder coated (spray coated)
How it is applied Zinc is plated onto the steel by electrodeposition, so the coating is bonded to the metal surface Polymer powder is sprayed electrostatically and cured in an oven, forming a film over the steel
What protects the steel Barrier plus sacrificial protection - the zinc goes first, so steel exposed at a scratch, cut end or weld point is still protected Barrier protection only - the film blocks moisture until it is broken
Behaviour at a chip or scratch The zinc around the damage keeps working, so the spot does not become a rust point straight away Bare steel is exposed at the break, and rust starts there and can creep under the film edge
Weld points and wire ends The coating reaches the weld and the cut end, so the joints are protected and not just covered Weld texture and wire ends are smoothed over, but the film is thinnest at edges and rubs off there first
Rub and flex points No film to wear through, so wire-on-wire contact such as stacking loops and lane floors does not open the finish Rubbing points - stacking loops, can lanes, folding joints - are where the film wears first
Damp, unheated storage Suited to basements, garages and stockrooms; keep airflow and wipe dry, and the zinc stays in service A good finish for dry, ventilated, temperature-stable rooms; damp storage is where chips and creeping rust appear
Colour and appearance Bright metallic silver - a functional look, not a colour programme Any colour, plus matte, satin or textured surfaces, with a uniform retail look
Hiding weld marks Weld texture remains visible Weld marks are covered, so the product photographs as more finished
Conductivity Conductive Not conductive
Cleaning and care Damp cloth, dry fully, no acidic or abrasive cleaners - they shorten the working life of the zinc Same care, plus avoid impacts and abrasion that chip the film; touching up a wire chip is not simple
Best fit Functional storage, damp rooms, stock rotation, wire items with rub points Retail display, colour-matched sets, dry indoor use, branding programmes

Frequently Asked Questions

Where it is used?

Pantry and cupboard storage. Two tiers fit a standard shelf height while keeping cans at the front of the cupboard instead of the back, which is the everyday reason a household buys this type of rack.

Garages, basements and utility rooms. Unheated and often damp - the reason the finish on this rack is electro-galvanized rather than painted.

Shop back rooms and small stores. The rack keeps a facing count visible at a glance, so staff restock from the back of the lane and take from the front.

Office, staff room and vending supply. Single-unit cartons make it easy to send racks to more than one site, and the stacking loops build a can column where wall shelving is not an option.

Online retail and dropshipping. A one-piece carton means the rack can ship as a parcel without repacking.

Can we add our logo?

Yes. Hang tags, printed cartons, polybag printing and brand marking are produced to order, with samples approved before the production run.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

MOQ and lead time depend on quantity and customization level. Send your order details and we will confirm exact terms — for standard fleet orders we keep production scheduling tight.
