JunJie manufactures Folding Cooling Racks, which are kitchen baking hardware racks with a multi-layer metal wire mesh structure. The rack can be folded flat and is mainly used for home baking and small baking workshops to ventilate and cool freshly baked bread, cookies, and cakes while saving countertop space.
The racks are made of welded steel wire mesh combined with foldable cross brackets and are available in 2–4 tiers. Materials can be selected from chrome-plated carbon steel or food-grade stainless steel, and some models have non-stick coatings. Q1: Will high-temperature baked products deform the rack when placed on top?
A: Thin wires may undergo slight deformation under long-term high temperature or heavy loads. Choose thick steel wire and do not place hot objects on the rack for a long time.
Q2: Will the coating peel off?
A: Strong scratching with a wire brush can damage the non-stick coating. Clean with a soft sponge and avoid violent brushing with a wire brush.
Q3: Will it rust after prolonged use?
A: Carbon steel models are prone to rusting when water accumulates after cleaning. The stainless steel version has better rust prevention. After cleaning, dry and store the rack.
Q4: Will the folding hinge become loose?
A: Repeated opening and closing may cause wear and looseness. Do not force the hinge open or closed, and ensure that the hinge welding points remain intact.
Q5: Can it be washed in the dishwasher?
A: Most stainless steel models are dishwasher-safe. It is recommended to hand-wash the coated version to extend the coating life.
