JunJie export folding cooling racks and baking racks for kitchenware distributors and bakeware importers, a 4-tier steel frame that stands on its own feet, holds baking sheets at set heights and folds flat when the oven goes off. The idea behind the frame is simple: a baker runs several trays per session, and a single cooling grid turns the worktop into a queue. Air moves around the trays on all sides, which is what a cooling rack is for: steam leaves the underside as well as the top, so bases stay crisp instead of sweating on a solid surface. The frame is finished in black-coated flat steel and tube, and sizes, tier spacing, tray fit, layer count and packaging are produced to your market, with container orders, catalogues and fast sample turnaround handled from our own production.
